If there’s ever a whackier concept for a game premise than Frederic: The Resurrection of Music, be sure to point me in its direction because I frankly don’t believe you. Based on Frederic Chopin, the famous classical composer and master pianist, the long dead maestro is back from the grave to battle it out against soulless modern music. Travelling around the world with his magic carriage and piano, he partakes in musical duels to regain some class to the world of music.
The Pinball FX series has been quite the success since the original arrived on the Xbox 360 as the first downloadable pinball game. You may also know it as Zen Pinball which is was called on non-Microsoft platforms. No, I have no idea why the same game had two different names but that doesn’t matter since here it is, finally arrived on the Nintendo Switch.
10tons strikes again with yet another port of one of their games to the Nintendo Switch. It seems that every second game on the eShop is now one of their titles. Thankfully their games are fairly cheap and of a decent standard in general. Have they served up an ace with Tennis in the Face? Let’s find out!

Gunbird was a 1995 release from hardcore shooter masters Psikyo. Originally released in arcades it also found a release on the PlayStation and Sega Saturn. Having previously reviewed Zerodiv’s ports of Psikyo classics, Strikers 1945 and Gunbarich, it’s fair to say I was ruddy excited to sample yet another highly regarded shooter.
